We bill most major private insurance plans as a courtesy. Some services may not be covered depending on your insurance and specific plan. Any services not covered by insurance will require payment at the time of service. We do our best to preauthorize coverage, but we are a small practice, so it is important that you also verify coverage with your specific insurance plan.

We also offer any recommended labs not typically covered by most insurance at wholesale pricing, so our comprehensive approach remains an affordable investment into your personal health. We accept Medicare on a case by case basis for problem focused services but are not taking primary care Medicare patients at this time. We are not currently able to accept Medicaid.
